Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of oklahomaregisteredagent.co (the "Site") and registered agent services (the "Services") from Oklahoma Registered Agent.co ("we," "us," "our"). Using our Site or Services means you agree to these Terms.

1. What We Do

Oklahoma Registered Agent.co provides:

• A physical Oklahoma street address for your business entity filings
• Acceptance of service of process and legal documents during business hours
• Same-day scanning and electronic forwarding of received documents
• Compliance reminders for your Annual Certificate and other deadlines
• Secure digital vault access to all forwarded documents

We are not attorneys. We do not give legal advice, file documents on your behalf (beyond registered agent filings), or represent your business.

2. Who Can Use This

You must be 18+, authorized to act for the business entity you are registering, and able to provide accurate information during enrollment.

3. Price and Payment

• Service is $99/year
• Due at enrollment and each annual renewal
• We accept credit cards and other listed methods
• Prices can change with 30+ days notice before renewal

4. What You Need to Do

• Give us correct, current business information
• Tell us if your entity name, contacts, or structure change
• Keep your entity in good standing with the Oklahoma Secretary of State
• Check forwarded documents and act on them promptly

5. How We Handle Documents

• We accept documents at our address during business hours (M-F, 9-5 CT)
• Scanning and forwarding happens the same day
• We are not responsible for what documents say or require
• Originals are held briefly, then securely destroyed

6. Liability

To the extent allowed by law:

• Our total liability caps at what you paid us in the prior 12 months
• We are not responsible for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
• We are not liable for delays from causes outside our control

7. Cancellation

• Cancel anytime via email to support@oklahomaregisteredagent.co
• Effective at end of current term
• No partial refunds unless we decide otherwise
• You must name a new agent with the state before service ends

8. Indemnification

You agree to hold us harmless from claims arising from your use of Services or violations of these Terms.

9. Oklahoma Law

These Terms are governed by Oklahoma law. Disputes go to Oklahoma courts.

10. Changes

We can update these Terms. Changes posted here with new dates. Continued use = acceptance.

11. Severability

Invalid provisions do not affect the rest.

12. Whole Agreement

These Terms + our Privacy Policy = the full deal.
