The Form: SOS Form 0075

Oklahoma gives the document a marathon title: "Change or Designation of Registered Agent and/or Registered Office and/or Principal Office." Everyone just calls it Form 0075. One filing can swap your agent, your registered office, your principal office, or all of the above.

How to Do It

1. Pick the new agent. Oklahoma accepts an individual living in the state, a business entity authorized here, or (unusually) the LLC itself, per 18 O.S. § 2010. Street address required. PO boxes are out.
2. Fill in Form 0075. Entity name, the outgoing details, the incoming agent and registered office address.
3. Send it with $25. Mail the paper form to the Oklahoma Secretary of State or push it through the online system.
4. Verify the record. Give the state a few business days, then check that the entity search shows the new agent.
