What exactly does a registered agent do?

Receives legal documents and official state mail on behalf of your business during business hours. Lawsuits, Secretary of State notices, tax correspondence — it all comes through your registered agent. We scan and forward these documents to you the same day they arrive.

Can I just be my own registered agent in Oklahoma?

You can. Oklahoma allows individuals 18+ to serve as their own agent. The tradeoff: your personal address becomes public record with the Secretary of State, and you must be physically available at that address during business hours (9 AM to 5 PM, M-F). If you travel, have meetings, or simply do not want your home address public — it becomes a problem fast.

What is the Annual Certificate and when is it due?

Oklahoma uses "Annual Certificate" instead of "annual report." It costs $25 and is due on the anniversary date of your formation. We track your specific date and send reminders ahead of time.

How fast do you forward documents?

How much does this cost?

$99/year covers the full agent role — address, scanning, vault access, compliance reminders, privacy protection. No setup fees.

How do I switch from my current agent?

File a change-of-agent form with the Oklahoma Secretary of State and pay the $25 state fee. We supply the information you need for the form. State processing typically takes a few business days.

Who can be a registered agent in Oklahoma?

Any individual 18 or older, or any business entity authorized to operate in Oklahoma. The agent must have a physical street address in the state — no PO boxes.

Do you handle LLC formation?

We specialize in registered agent service. You can list us as your agent on your Articles of Organization when you form your LLC ($100 state fee). We do not file formation documents for you, but we are ready to serve from day one.

What if I get sued?

We accept the service of process at our address, scan the documents, and forward them to you immediately. You are responsible for responding within legal deadlines. We handle receipt and delivery — not legal representation.

What happens with non-legal mail sent to my Oklahoma agent address?

There are two categories of mail at your Oklahoma registered agent address:

Legal and compliance mail (what we are here for): service of process, lawsuits, subpoenas, Secretary of State correspondence, tax notices, annual report reminders, and similar official documents. These are scanned and forwarded the same day.

General mail (limited accommodation): up to 3 items per year, forwarded as a courtesy when something arrives unexpectedly.

We do not accept packages, Google Maps verification postcards, Amazon verification letters, or third-party verification mailings. This is a registered agent service, not a virtual mailbox.
