- Sign once, pay $25. A single member or manager signs. Nobody else gets listed.
- Submit and keep the receipt.
Miss It by 60 Days and You Lose Good Standing
The penalty that matters here is your LLC's status. File more than 60 days past your anniversary and the company ceases to be in good standing under 18 O.S. § 2055.2. Keep not filing and the state moves toward cancellation of the LLC.
Foreign LLCs get a sharper version: 60 days late and the company ceases to be registered as a foreign LLC in Oklahoma. That is your authority to do business here, gone.
